From the Founder

A sanctuary, not a spotlight.

We started Tikvah because the women I admired most were quietly carrying everything, and quietly running out. Hope is a practice, and it is better practiced together.

Adebisi Ajileye founded Tikvah Hope Sanctuary in 2020 – a UK Community Interest Company bringing biomedical science discipline to leadership coaching, and pastoral warmth to STEM careers.
