Tikvah Hope Sanctuary is a UK Community Interest Company helping women aged 22-35 – including women in STEM and immigrant women rebuilding careers – find their footing, their voice and the next right step.
Founder
Adebisi Ajileye
Founder and CEO. Biomedical scientist, leadership trainer and lifelong advocate for women’s growth. Adebisi founded Tikvah in June 2020 to combine the rigour of science with the warmth of pastoral care.
Hope is not a feeling. It is a discipline you practice every Tuesday morning.
Tikvah is also led with the support of Dr Olayiwola Olubayo Ajileye, fellow director and co-founder.
